You can cancel or amend your order, if it has not yet been dispatched. 

If you realise you forgot a discount code or made a mistake in your order after placing it, please contact us immediately. We can cancel your order or add/change items and invoice you for the extra amount. Ensure you provide your order number when you get in touch to expedite the process. 

Please bear in mind that we process orders when we open at 8:00 am and again at 2:00 pm; such requests need to be done before those times, otherwise, we will not be able to make those amendments.
